Got home from my morning run starving, wondering what the heck to eat that won’t wreck my fat loss goals. Pulled out the blender – easiest tool when you’re sweaty and lazy.

My stupid-simple process
- Scooped one big handful of spinach into the blender cup.
- Dumped in half a banana I had frozen last night (saves money and makes it cold!).
- Threw in half a scoop of vanilla protein powder – the cheap stuff from Costco.
- Added a splash of unsweetened almond milk straight from the fridge.
- Pressed blend button like my life depended on it.
Whole mess took maybe 3 minutes? Drank it while standing in my kitchen sweating. Tasted surprisingly decent – like a melted milkshake with grass floating in it (but actually good!).
Why it works for weight loss
- Protein powder keeps me full till lunch
- Banana gives just enough carbs to refuel muscles
- Spinach is basically calorie-free nutrition
- Whole thing under 200 calories
Been doing this exact breakfast after workouts for three weeks now. Scale’s moving slowly downward but clothes fit looser. Best part? No cooking, no fancy ingredients, no thinking before coffee. Just slam it and get on with your day.
