Woke up hungry as usual but remembered my promise to drop a few pounds. Dragged myself to the kitchen thinking, “Right, gotta stick to that weight loss breakfast plan today.”

Checked my fridge first. Grabbed three eggs – regular ones, nothing fancy. Tossed them into a pan with zero-calorie spray instead of butter. Fried ’em up sunny-side down like I always do. Almost burned the first one cause I was still half-asleep.
Found an avocado that wasn’t totally squishy. Sliced it open and scooped half into a bowl. Left the pit in the other half for tomorrow – heard that keeps it fresh. Smashed the green stuff with fork until it looked like lumpy paste.
Planned to microwave frozen veggies but then spotted a wrinkled tomato in the fruit bowl. Chopped that red guy instead, skin and seeds still on. Threw it into the scrambled eggs along with pepper flakes – made my nose run but boosted the flavor big time.
Final plate looked like this:
- Fried eggs swimming in hot sauce
- Smashed avocado on the side
- Three cherry tomatoes I found rolling in the fridge drawer
Took exactly 12 minutes from fridge to table.

Ate it standing by the counter while scrolling emails. Felt full halfway through but forced down the rest cause protein’s important. Stomach felt heavy for hour after – maybe the avocado portion was too big? Gotta measure better tomorrow. Would eat again though, tastes decent and didn’t crave snacks before lunch.
